About
Welcome to TGIH - Thank God It's Healthy, a culinary gem nestled in the heart of Ahmedabad. Located at GF-22, Galaxy Bazaar on Sunrise Park Road, TGIH stands out as a haven for health-conscious food lovers. Specializing in nutritious yet delectable meals, this establishment has quickly carved a niche in the vibrant food scene of Gujarat.
As I entered this quaint eatery, I was immediately drawn to its dedication to crafting wholesome dishes. With a menu that boasts an array of soups, pizzas, and refreshing beverages, TGIH offers something for everyone without compromising on flavor. The star of the show? Their soups, ranging from the classic Tomato Soup to the rich Creamy Spinach Soup and the hearty Chicken Hot & Sour Soup, all priced between ₹149 and ₹199. Each bowl was bursting with freshness and perfectly seasoned, making every sip a comforting experience.
Alongside the soups, their selection of non-vegetarian pizzas, like the Grilled Chicken Pizza and Basil Chicken and Mushroom Pizza, showcases a balance of health and indulgence at ₹699. The crust is light, allowing the toppings to shine without overwhelming the senses. What I loved most was the emphasis on quality without excess oil—making each bite not just delicious but also guilt-free.
Moreover, the warm hospitality of the staff cannot go unnoticed. They are welcoming and eager to assist with the menu, ensuring that newcomers and regulars alike feel right at home. Many customers, including Hemang Rindani and Oliver Kirimi, rave about the excellent packaging and prompt delivery, which reflects the brand's commitment to quality service. The food was well-packed, and the journey from kitchen to table did not compromise taste or temperature.
For a soothing drink, I couldn't resist trying the Tulsi Masala Tea. Priced at just ₹99, it is not only refreshing but is also a fantastic way to complement a wholesome meal. Each sip felt like a warm hug, a delightful addition to TGIH's vibrant offerings.
In a world where healthy eating can often feel limiting, TGIH stands as a beacon of flavor and creativity. With notable dishes like Grilled Paneer Whole Wheat Burger and delightful salads, every visit promises new discoveries. Even if you're just passing through Ahmedabad, make sure to experience what TGIH has to offer. As fellow foodies have expressed, it's a journey of taste that proves health and flavor can go hand in hand. Your taste buds will surely thank you—thank God it's healthy!
“ Food is really good here. They have a small sitting space but I would suggest to order food from here. Salads are a must try. ”
“ While staying in Ahmedabad I got to enjoy meals delivered from the restaurant. The meal was nicely packed. The meal was well balanced with vegetables as well. It was tasty and I really enjoyed. TGIH is now my favorite restaurant in Ahmedabad. The restaurant also has an app that you can use to order food or for take out. The staff are friendly and willing to assist you with ordering through the menu. It also has healthy drinks that are great for a healthy diet. I noted the food was not oily which to me is great. Too bad I will be leaving Ahmedabad in a weeks time. I wish such a restaurant was in Kenya. ”
“ The food from TGIH is one of tastiest healthy foods in had till date. It's too tasty to stay of specific quantity if you're on it. ”
“ Awesome food. Quality is amazing. However quantity is much less than its cost. Would be better if they add up some quantity as per the valuation. Packaging of food was also very good. It's covered with silver foil, so that it don't leak and good container to carry the food. I ordered veg biryani and teriyaki grilled paneer salad. ”
“ Its a small place for sitting arrangement but very nice options for healthy food lovers. I tried couple of things - 1. Sher-a-punjab, 2. Grilled Paneer While Wheat Burgher, 3. The hangover part - 4 juice. All items were superior only the brown rice in Sher-a-punjab was bit crunchy, they can make it soft so ignoring and giving 5 star. ”
“ DINING EXPERIENCE: We went in for a late dinner with a bunch of friends, everyone looking to get something healthy borderline low carb. We ended up with the rocky Balboa, grilled chicken, veggies and mushroom sauce. Fantastic. Peppery flavored chicken the flavor filled my mouth, mild spicy the mushroom sauce was magical, whoever thought of it was a stroke of genius. The posideon was a grilled basa with piri piri suace, it was like basa is melt in your mouth. The chicken was still the better deal. The owner was there, and very helpful in picking the food, because We did not want rice he gave us just the chicken and sauce. Service was almost one man. It is kind of congested so not for big groups but great place for takeaways. Lots of good food options, smoothies, salads, parfaits. DELIVERY: I felt like having a salad, weird craving, nonetheless a craving. I was going through the options, looking for something which did not have too many added sauces, zeroed in on TGIH, it looked different. Good different. Intrigued, I ordered the Non-vegetarian Lebanese delight salad, being cautious of ordering more stuff, just giving this one a try, how wrong could they go, if they did. It arrived in a neatly packed box and spoon, lots of lettuce, peppers and a lot of chicken, restaurants generally are very stingy in chicken portions, but this was great. It was well grilled and had this beautiful herb flavor, not overpowering and not bland. The hummus was a great addition, along with the pepper, that Tang of spice, lovely. It was a great lunch and I would surely be ordering more often. For 250 The portion is great and filling for a one person meal. Food:5/5 Packaging:5/5 Service:5/5 Vfm:4/5 ”
